We provide exactly 90 days of limited warranty on all new parts installed on your laptop or mobile device. If a newly installed hardware component suffers any manufacturing defect or functional failure under ordinary use within 90 days, we replace it completely free of charge.
To keep our pricing competitive and maintain the highest standard of authentic OEM inventory, our 90-day warranty covers internal hardware manufacturing defects only. The warranty will be deemed void in the following circumstances:
The 90-day warranty commences on the exact calendar day the repaired device is handed over or delivered back to the customer. It specifically applies to newly installed components for laptops (Apple MacBook, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ThinkPad, Asus, Acer) and mobile phones (Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, Google Pixel, etc.):
Under no circumstances shall Delhi FIX be held liable to replace parts or issue refunds under warranty when the failure is attributable to external factors occurring after customer delivery. Our laboratory inspects all warranty claims under microscope verification:
1. Physical Cracks & Trauma: Broken glass, shattered back covers, pressure bleed marks on OLED/LCD panels, dented corners indicating impact, or damaged hinges from forced overextension.
2. Liquid / Water Ingress: Any contact with fluids, submerged devices, steam exposure, or activated moisture strips inside the chassis.
3. Third-Party Alteration: Any attempt to open the device by an unauthorized technician, self-repair attempts, or missing internal screws/brackets.
4. Software / OS Corruption: Operating system crashes, third-party software incompatibilities, malware, BIOS flashing, or user forgotten passwords/passcodes are not covered under hardware part warranty.
